　　程海林，男，1949 年生，江苏灌南人。国家高级书法师，中国国宾礼艺术家，中国东方文化研究会高级艺术顾问，中华英才联盟理事会副理事长，中国军转民杂志社文化艺术编辑委副会长，亚洲书画家协会副主席，北京京华阁书画院常务副院长等。被授予功勋艺术家，特别推荐艺术家，北京冬奥会艺术大使，国礼艺术家形象大使，国际文化交流卓越使节，国际影响力非遗传承人等光荣称号。

　　传承张旭书法艺术，发扬毛体大气磅礴气势，博采王羲之等名家之长，借鉴诗词音体美等创作方法，加上个人情感，创作特色诗意草书，形象生动地展现诗意，使文字产生动态感，音乐节奏感等各种美感。自作诗词，抒发情怀，歌颂新时代，传播人间真善美，促进社会和谐及世界和平。

Inheriting Zhang Xu's calligraphy art, carrying forward the majestic momentum of Mao style calligraphy, drawing on the strengths of famous artists such as Wang Xizhi, and drawing on creative methods such as poetry, sound, and body beauty, combined with personal emotions, to create characteristic poetic cursive script, vividly displaying poetry and creating various aesthetic senses such as dynamic writing and musical rhythm. From 2011 to 2015, he won the gold medal of the Chinese Book Association, the Chinese American Association and the Double Ninth Gold Award of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles for three times. In 2024, he won the gold medal of the Chinese Working Committee for Caring for the Next Generation, the gold medal of the Sino Russian Friendship, the gold medal of Monet International Art, the gold medal of Picasso, the gold medal of the Da Vinci International Art in 2025, and the merit award of the intangible cultural heritage of Chinese painting and calligraphy on the Internet in China.
