2025 非遗文化艺术大展——马占良
马占良，字马良，河北省任丘市人，退伍军人，党员。签约书法家。书协会员、中国大众文化学会书画委员会委员、中国通俗文艺人才库书法高级研究员、清华美院客座教授、马占良书画馆馆长、中艺星光绿色书画平台管理中心主任、美育标准化体系建设全国工作组校外辅导员、美育测评官。中央新影中学生频道专家评委。央视教育频道文化顾问。
艺术成就：
2021 年，盛世中华作品展获一等奖。2021 年，当代艺术年度人物奖杯得主。2023 年，人民日报发表，授予书法家马占良“优秀文艺工作者”称号;
2022 年，文旅部颁发文化艺术培训教师证书。2023 年入编中国通俗文艺研究人才库高级书法研究员;
2023 年 3 月 20 日，昌禾美术馆、中国大众文化学会聘请为书画艺术专业委员会委员一职;
2023 年 2 月，作品被中非驻华大使馆收藏;
2023 年 3 月，作品被喀麦隆驻华大使馆收藏;
2023 年 3 月 25 日，应邀参加莱索托王国纪念莫舒舒文化节;

Ma Zhanliang, also known as Ma Liang, is a retired soldier and party member from Renqiu City,Hebei Province. Signed calligrapher. Member of the Book Association, member of the Calligraphy and Painting Committee of the Chinese Society of Popular Culture, Senior Researcher in Calligraphy at the Chinese Popular Literature and Art Talent Pool, Visiting Professor at Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts, Director of Ma Zhanliang Calligraphy and Painting Museum, Director of the Management Center of Zhongyi Xingguang Green Calligraphy and Painting Platform, Off campus Counselor of the National Working Group for the Construction of Aesthetic Education Standardization System,and Aesthetic Education Evaluation Officer. Expert judges for the Central New Film Student Channel. Cultural Advisor of CCTV Education Channel.
Artistic achievements:
In 2021, the Shengshi Chinese Works Exhibition won the first prize. Winner of the Contemporary Art Person of the Year Trophy in 2021. In 2023, the People's Daily awarded calligrapher Ma Zhanliang the title of "Outstanding Literary and Artistic Worker";
In 2022, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism issued a certificate for cultural and artistic training teachers. Joined the Chinese Popular Literature and Art Research Talent Pool as a Senior Calligraphy Researcher in 2023;
On March 20, 2023, Changhe Art Museum and the Chinese Society of Popular Culture hired him as a member of the Calligraphy and Painting Art Professional Committee;
In February 2023, the work was collected by the Embassy of the Central African Republic in China;
In March 2023, the work was collected by the Embassy of Cameroon in China;
On March 25, 2023, invited to participate in the Lesotho Kingdom's commemoration of the Moshoeshu Cultural Festival;

In December 2023, calligrapher Ma Zhanliang was invited to attend the 2023 Global Diplomat Welcome Dinner held in Beijing and was awarded the title of International Cultural Exchange Art Star.
