​2025 非遗文化艺术大展——黄炳荣

　　黄炳荣，1945 年生，浙江绍兴市人。1960 年学习中医中药 6 年，1966 年支边新疆生产建设兵团，执中学教学 30 年。而美术作为个人爱好始终不离不弃，直至退休。其创作的书画作品分别入载《世博艺术经典》、《世界艺术巨匠》、《中国艺术传奇人物》、《中国艺术功勋人物》等经典专著中。现为中国书画院理事，中央美术学院客座教授，宋庄国际书画院终身院长，北京人民画院院士，世界华人文艺家协会副秘书长，绍兴三味书画院院士，国家一级美术师，文旅数字资源库入库专家。其艺术目标:“从心所欲，一锤定音，笔精墨妙，气韵生动”。

　　Huang Bingrong, born in 1945 in Shaoxing City,Zhejiang Province, studied traditional Chinese medicine for six years from 1960. In 1966, he was assigned to work in Xinjiang, where he served in the Production and Construction Corps for 30 years while teaching in middle schools. Throughout his career, he maintained asteadfast passion for fine arts, which accompanied him until retirement. His calligraphy and painting works have been featured in renowned publications such as*Classics of the World Expo Art*,*Masters of WorldArt*,*Legends of Chinese Art*, and *Chinese Art Pioneers*. Currently, he serves as a council member of the China Painting and Calligraphy Academy, a visiting professor at the Central Academy of Fine Arts, the lifetime director of the Songzhuang International Painting and Calligraphy Academy, an academician of the Beijing People's Painting Academy, deputy secretary-general of the World Chinese Artists Association, an academician of the Shaoxing Sanwei Painting and Calligraphy Academy, and a national first-class artist. He is also an expert in the cultural tourism digital resource database. His artistic philosophy is: *"Express freely, deliver decisively, with refined brushwork and ink, and vibrant spirit."*.
